honestly if you cant pay atleast 800+ for a used set of coilovers you cant afford coilovers ..
800 will pay for a new set of springs and shocks though
i think you should look more for used spring and shocks
i think used bilsteins and springs are going for around 400+ right now.

eh.. i was looking at those nex coilovers but i couldnt find enough reviews on them so i bought some V-maxx coilovers from www.stratmosphere.com (http://www.stratmosphere.com) it was kind of a trial and error thing because i could only find reviews about it from the vdubber people.. but there was a good amount of good responses of people putting it on their r32s so i figured... why not... got them and i love em. not as smooth as peoples spring/shock setup...but hey what do you expect... they are coilovers...
Heres what the package came with..

^^ Garbage
I would however put those on a Civic/Integra but never on my M3. Manufactured in China, materials, engineering, etc. all junk. You get what you pay for in this industry.

With the rims and bodykit you have, sure that ebay coilover set-up will fit right in your mod list...
