yes quite safe, a little rich right up the top, would be pretty right with big cams

Where were the AFR's measured? (Probably doesn't matter since you don't have cats IIRC.)

Can you post the dyno sheet? It's hard to see the curves on the screen.

I do have cats, tailpipe sniffer, Ihave a sensor pulling timing somewhere, maybe knock sensor, or not sure if 02 sensor can pull timing, all sensors except throttle position are original from new, last trip to drag strip I was missing 3mph from time before, I blamed bad fuel, dyno yielded same power as I was before plenum which produced same mph

Where did you get your chip. I seem to remember you saying you got your airbox on ebay. How much was everything?

i'd like to see your car. last i weighed, it was 2800 without spare or driver. you track any?

I have removed all the tar sound deadener I could find, including under carpet, replaced front seats with much lighter race style (but at 3174, only thing inside car is driver seat, carpet, and console, even glovebox removed) no trunk lining at all, toolkit removed, spare removed, rear parcel shelf with blind removed, door trims removed, insulation under hood removed, cover over coils removed etc. takes about 1 hour to remove it all, and about 1.5hours to put back in for normal road use(except sound deadening,who needs that). but I still have sunroof and A/C

You should be a little lower than 3174, but Ill take your word for it. You would be amazed at how much the a/c system weighs.
With a cat-less exaust and light muffler, you should be at around the 3000 mark. what kind of seats do you have?

you probably have somewhere. I also was at that weight without spare or driver. I dont remember how much fuel I had in it though. I dont track my car (yet), but I do know my way around a well built racecar, and I know how to build one right.

How much for your MAShaw hood?

We have bought very similar carbon airbox from the Ebay. Seller's price was $800, but we have offered him $500 and he agreed. However, we spent a lot of time to make this airbox fit. Quality is ugly. Alan, have you had same issues with yours?

Instead of AlphaN we will be using MAF-to-MAP converter and MAP sensor to measure air pressure.

We're now haven't yet completely installed it, so I can say nothing about it's affect.

I had to do a fair bit of redrilling etc to make it fit throttle bodies, then drill and tap to fit intake temp sensor, throttle cable and drain fitting, but considering price compared to alternatives, it is a good deal

This would be due to the heavier Euro running gear. The differential is MUCH heavier, as well as the tranny if he has a 6 speed.

mine is '94...same gearbox and diff as US version

3174 seems high given all that you've pulled out.

According to the ETK, the euro 3.0 (155.4 kg) "short engine" is only 2.4 kg heavier than the US 3.0 (153.0 kg) "short engine". I think it's a wash between the euro 3.0 and US 3.0 after adding all the accessories.
