would these fit on a e36 325i

I checked Bimmerworlds website...when you purchase the E36 M3 Basics it says it will also fit all other E36 except for 318ti, so yes it should fit just fine.

how many miles are on these coilovers?

rebuilt fronts, 10k or slightly less on rear...sale is pending, I can put you in line first if my buyer backs out if you'd like, let me know
