I need this pic cleaned up a bit. I really suck at taking pictures! I'd like to have it cleaned up, and if possible get rid of all the glare in the headlights just leaving the DDE's.

Can't figure out how to take out the glare without it looking unrealistic. lightened up the pic a little though.

its the way you shot it you can't photoshop them back try shotting in a different exposure.
