I have a event tomorrow and I HAVE to change the water pump, but can't get the fan clutch assembly off as it is way to fucking tight. Anyhelp on getting it off? I already tighened the belt as tight as I could get it, and I put a wrench on the altenator pully while pressing down on the belt to make it even tigher but it still won't break loose. I know its lefthand threads.

A long punch or chisel and a big hammer. Hit the nut right center of the shoulder.

Nothing is working. We have tried everything including heating and freezing the bolt.....nothing

Do you have the special tool for holding the pulley from turning? That would probably help.
If you don't have the tool, the way that I have used to remove the bolt is by placing the longest box end wrench you can on the nut, with the arm of the wrench sticking up. Place some towels on the drivers side of the wrench, so that when the nut brakes loose, it will be caught by the towels.
And now for the scary part: Take a wood 2x4 (3-4 feet long) and smack the wrench as hard as you can in the clockwise direction. You might have to hit it 2 or 3 times, but it has always worked for me. (I have often considered standing on the engine and with my best golf swing, hit the wrench with the 2x4, but I haven't had to hit one that hard, yet.)
Good luck It will come off. Remember, a hard sharp force will work better than a steady strong one.

I changed two of the water pump pulley for allen heads bolts because they have taller heads, then used a long screwdriver to hold the pulley by prying between the big heads. The nut is reverse threaded. Good luck.

Have you doused it with PB Blaster or Kroil? Give it a good soaking, but DON'T overheat a fan clutch, you risk ruining the clutch.
