Hi anyone... So I am interested in purchasing an E38 7 but need to sell an '88 Porsche 924S first. I tried posting a classified last night but it got "towed" because I failed to read the rules first. Oh well.
Anyway, is it okay to post the car here? I'm in Dallas and I am selling it in order to purchase another Bimmer. Close enough to okay?
Thanks!
Jeremy

So thanks for the Q's/suggestions... The car is a 924S. They were sold in the states from '87-88. Brought back in late '80s to slot in underneath the 944. Unlike the original 924s, the 924S is essentially a 944 with skinny fenders, meaning it uses the 2.5L 4-banger and other drivetrain parts out of the base 944. I don't think I have enough posts to post pics yet, but the car can be viewed at the Dallas Craigslist site. the ad number is: 353020463. I need to update the ad because I have dropped the price. Asking $4250 with both sets of wheels (16" Boxster's pictured and 15" OEM phonedials) or $3750 without the Boxster wheels.
Okay, sorry for being long winded.

If you really want to post it here on Bf.c you'll have to post it FS in OT .
Good luck .

This is a nice car and has been refreshed mechanically. It should make a great inexpensive and fun car for somebody.

Hang on Bimmerista... please note that it was not the owner (me) of the car swinging at ya... please don't hate the 924S :^)
Thanks for the discussion, I've posted it on the 944challenge forum (NASA) and need to post it on the spec944 forum (SCCA). It would prolly make a fun racecar with the requisite mods.

For whatever it is worth, I uploaded a new Craigslist ad. Basically the same info, but I added some details about mileage... 2500 since major overhaul, I believe approximately 121k total (can't verify accuracy). The ad # is 371823549
