Can anyone tell me the procedure to change these light bulbs and how many there are to change?

You need to pull instrument cluster out. It is held on top via two small screws. I never pulled it all the way out, just slide it to the left. You will see OBC that is held by another two screws on its left side. Once you get obc out a little, you will see on the right side, there is a white "light bar". I would recomend doing this:

Than there is one more bulb in the center of the obc on the back. That one comes out with its holder by using needle nose pliers. It illuminates buttons.
