MPact Saturday #2

Well it time for the next InstallFest! If you have wanted to come but not had the chance don't miss this one. We are adding some fun events.

This MPact day will continue to highlight RTAB as there is continued demand for installs but our specialty part is RSM (rear shock mounts). We will offer special install pricing of $40 on these for this event only. Brake pad & rotor installs and fluid bleeds will also be offered.

$100 RTAB
$40 RSM
$40 Front or Rear Pads only
$55 Front or Rear Pads & Rotors
$65 Front and Rear Pads only
$75 Front and Rear Pads & Rotors
$35 Flush/Bleed w/fluid

Spots available:

5 RSM
4 RTAB
8 axle Pad/rotor installs
3 Fluid flushes

Email me at install@mpactmotorsports.com and I will send you the payment details. We will be collecting a $20 deposit to reserve your spot. I accept Paypal, check, cash and credit cards. Spots fill up fast so register early!

Special Events:

- There will be an M3 Challenge Hotlap session. (For those that don't know this is an ultra-realistic M3 simulator.) The person running the Fast Time of the Day (FTD) will receive a $15 gift certificate at MPact Motorsports.

- *Mini-Swap Meet. We will offer space to all participating parties for you to show and sell your BMW used parts. This is a great opportunity.

Q. How will it work?
A. The format will be as follows: Each MPact Saturday will highlight one or two specific upgrades or maintenance items. We will offer special pricing and offers on parts installed that day. Other upgrades/maintenance items requested for that day will be taken by appointment only. Email: install@mpactmotorsports.com for inquiries.

Q. What do I get for my money?
A. The right tools, location, expert advice, food, discounts on parts are included with every install. For brake installs, we will do everything. Simply show up and help us take the wheels off, etc but we will handle all labor. For RTAB installs, we will handle to tough technical work, while you will handle the basics (tire removal, installation, etc.).. All other installs not highlighted that day will be billed @45/hr.

Q. Who is on the M.U.S.T.(MPact Upgrade Support Team)?
A. We pull from a wide-range of resources but our dedicated team members are: Kit Wetzler, Erik Lind, Jim Ochi, & Gordon White.

Rob, what time does this start? I'm thinking about coming up to do RTAB and RSMs....and possibly switch my pads to axxis ultimates.

It starts at 8:30AM and we are gonna go until around 5PM.

so if i leave here at about 3:30am.... :)

what is your pricing like on axxis ultimates all around?

Axxis Ultimates installed that day are special price: $64 front and $43 rear for E36 M3.

I don't think I can make it to this one. I hope there are more installfests scheduled for the future?? Rob??

you can leave @ 5am NP.
it should take you about 4hours from where you live - AT THE MOST!

Ask me how I know;) It only takes me 5.5 hours to get to San Marcos from Rob's house.

I know it is short notice, but working with Umnitza we have been able to secure 2 DDE install slots if anyone is interested.

Email soon as we are taking reservations now!

What's the price on the DDE install?

If you have a ZKW or other ellipsoid headlight, I'll do $125 for the complete install - normally $150.

Otherwise, I can't do an install on the OEM lights.

Oh man I got SO lost! Mapquest is not reliable :( Anyhow, I'm really sorry to whoever I kept waiting -- I tried for 3 hours but eventually gave up and went home. Sorry guys, hope it went well ..

next time call rob or me, we'll guide you there:D

You shouldda called man.. I used mapquest and its directions were dead on.

I'm an idiot on two accounts -- I wrote the directions from Mapquest down in shorthand which secrewed me AND I forgot to take my cellphone with me. Yes, I am idiot of immense proportions.

Yup, the mapquest stuff was spot on. ;) I love how it even gives you the exact distance to each turn...

The installfest was great! These guys changed out my RTABs in less than 25 minutes. They are one well-oiled machine. Many thanks to Rob & crew for their excellent service and for saving me a bundle of $$. You guys rock!


Now if I could just get Rob to burn me a copy of that M3 simulator... :D
