I was sick of the New Beetle leaking water into the interior for the past month and just decided it was time. Car was a 2001 New Beetle 1.8 Tubro 5 speed, so it was a kind of fun car, in a fruity way. Dealer raped me on trade in $6900, but I paid $7k 6 months before so I knew where I wanted to be.

Here are a few pics. Im not a traitor.....still got the M3, but the wife likes VWs and I wanted her in something that I could take to the track as well as drive around town without feeling fruity.

DSG is the sh!t! car is uber fun. and the 2.0t is rather quick...

Oh and I posted pics of the bug too so you can see that its quite an "Upgrade"

When the plates come in I need a place to mount the front. I dont want to take a risk with the PoPo with her. I dont run front plates on the M3 cause I dont have the bracket and Ihave a FL license so I can play dumb.
