there is quite a stigma about air suspensions.
Think about it, The springs are holding the weight of the car, it is the shocks that control the body roll and handling for the most part.
A PROPERLY setup car on an air suspension can handle almost as well as a regular suspension setup.

I know I'm gonna be flamed for this but find a shop that does alot of airbag stuff and talk about it. they can answer all your questions

A VW friend of mine told me they use air bag suspension on some race cars in Germany (I think H&R or Eibach makes the race kits) ... but again you know you can never trust a VW guy hahaha.

they do exist. check out firestone air bags, they are by far the strongest on the market.

Watch that loose toung about VW's

they really use dampning adjustable shocks like tokico for the dampning factor and air for the height. i wouldnt race with that though

Just go with a nice set of coilovers or a cup kit, I would never put bags on my car.

thanks guys, i found a good front setup to go on the struts, and the back is just going to be bagged with normal bags. I'll post pictures when its finished, hopefully it will lay rockers, if not a body drop is in the future. It should handle awesome.
