Hey all, first post here. I currently own a 2006 IS250 and looking to move to the 335.

Here is the quote I got on the lease:

2007 BMW 335i Coupe
-Metallic Paint
-Premium Pkg

MSRP 45,875.00

Term: 36 mo
Mileage: 15K year
Residual: 26,607.50

Cash on Delivery-$3825

Payment after $50 tax is $701.06

Thx!

Your price discount is poor(nonexistent). Your residual is good. Your interest rate is average. I know at least one SA in SoCal who would give you a better discount. If you could get 1k off of msrp, your pretax payment would be about $620. You should be able to get at least that much off. Ask how close they can get you to invoice, or demand invoice and work up from there.

Talk to Greg Poland at pacific BMW if all else fails. He was willing to send me competitive quotes just through a few e-mails. I would have gone through him but they just stopped doing out of state deals, and I was able to use the info to get a close deal locally. Still could have gone through him but it would have been a pain to register in California and then re-register in UT.

Let us know how it goes.

Do you think the lease rate's will come down on this car after year or so?

The interest rates always fluctuate. Generally they go down when they have overstock or need/want to sell more of a certain vehicle. Hard to predict.

I didn't notice this before, but right now they're offering roughly 2.7% (.0011) on bmwusa.com's lease offers, which is much better than what you were quoted above. Though it's technically possible, I don't think you'll see much better than that in the next 12 months.

Talk down the MSRP a bit, then tell them you want the lease rates/deal on bmwusa.com. Even if you don't get the MSRP down you'll be roughly $570/mo pretax for 15k with the advertised rate.

Coupes are still hard to find, is that a 6MT.

I put $6500 down, and my payment is 570 36m/15K.

How'd you like the 350Z? I notice you sold it (probably to get the 335). I was thinking about that car since this Bimmer is so expensive.

Loved it. I just sold it because it was either spend more on it and blow it up, or get something new. I found the perfect buyer and they bought it. Rolled the equity into the 335 and paid less for it than my Z.

realistically if you're starting to look at cars too expensive, the G35C will be a good deal since the new body is coming out and the new sedan is lots cheaper. I don't like them as much but they are good cars.

naw a co-worker of mine has one and I dont' like them. I'm thinking about the Eurpoean delivery option but not sure exactly how it works.

Do they pay for your trip to Europe then? Plane fair, hotel room, etc..??

im debating that myself. I usually only buy CPOed, but Euro delivery seems cool. Prolly the only time I would ever buy a new car.

This explains the savings

and realistically you'll spend far more than that in Europe. My suggestion might be just negotiate a better deal, and go to Europe on your own terms. It's not saving you money to do it that way, if you need an excuse to take a trip it's a good one, but it's not a huge savings.
