I have been trying to identify the correct tool for the 1994 Euro M3 3 litre to depress the tappets to change shims.
The finalists are BMW 113-150 and BMW113-170.
Technitools are unclear in their catalogue. I have asked them but seeing they are US based they perhaps will not know.
Anyone got one?

I do not think it answers the question clearly , but it looks like the 113-150 is the one. Catch 22.

I bought a bootleg BMW TIS CD on Ebay.
I have identified the correct tool as BMW 115-070.
Samstag in US say no longer available , and Technitools obviously do not have a clue.
Any ideas where to get one?
