Hi. I posted a similar note on the e90post forum. I thought I'd post it here as well.

I have an E90 328xi on order. It's on the Otello and should arrive in the states in about 10 days or so.

I placed my order in June and was told that the price I was given (based on residual, money factor, etc.) would be honored if the figures changed against me for July. However, if the July figures were better (residual, money factor, etc.), I would be entitled to the better rate.

Does anyone know what the July numbers look like compared to June? I'd like to have an idea before I ask my sales advisor.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

looks like the 328xi coupe is 4.9%(.0020) for the lease offer on bmwusa.com, sedan is 4.1%(.0017). The lease offers there though look like they haven't changed since June(hopefully that's what you've locked in at), though, so maybe it's just not updated.

Thanks Sor. I locked-in to the June rates and am actually very happy with the deal I have. But, I certainly wouldn't mind even a better deal.

Dealer said I would be entitled to the July rates (if they were better). Just wanted to check before I go in and ask.

Thanks again.

Just got word that the 335xi sedan lease rates dropped this month, $42/mo knocked off pushing my lease deal down below $600/mo! The lease rates were only average when I ordered... Not bad on a $53k msrp vehicle and 12k/yr.

Sor,

That's a great payment. Mind if I ask what kind of money down? Is that for a 36 or 39 month lease? I know the rate got better, and the per month change seem right, but I was just curious to see how they worked that for you.

the standard 2500 down, which ends up being closer to $4k or so out of pocket after first month's payment and other initial fees. These aren't exact numbers but they're fairly close. Mainly I don't remember the exact MSRP, and they split the dealer margin which I think was closer to $1800 off but I just used $2k here.

MSRP (sticker price) $ 53150
Vehicle Price $ 51150
Gross Cap Cost $ 51150
Cap Cost Reduction $ 2500
Adjusted Cap Cost $ 48650
Residual $ 33484
Term months 39
Mileage Limit 12,000/yr
Lease/Rent Charge $ 7367 ((adj cap + residual)*.0023)/39months
Monthly payment $577
