Interested in OBC. Can't figure out how to get a PM to you. Questions...Is this an 11 or 18 button OBC? How are the pixels? How are the buttons?

I wouldnt buy any items from this guy, he doesnt respond to my pm's. And he did not send me my weatherstrips, i paypaled him over a week ago.
