I dont know anything about there service, but how can you stand to rip off another shop's name that is right down the corner? I'd be willing to hear an explanation to give them a fair chance at clearing there [similarly named] shop's name. darm8 07-04-2007, 03:57 PM function tuned......come on, what an unoriginal rip-off name from FunKtion Auto. Second why would they need to clear their name. Have you ever gone to them for service and had a bad experience? No. Also, they can spell Function correctly and so what if they are similar in name. Are you saying all those shops that have motorsports and such in their name that they are the same and need to clear their name? Please.... lseguy 07-05-2007, 08:28 AM the owner drives a 2.5 liter black Altima..could it be..... sKunkman 07-05-2007, 08:59 AM the owner drives a 2.5 liter black Altima..could it be..... :lol inLine6 07-05-2007, 10:34 AM the owner drives a 2.5 liter black Altima..could it be..... Not sure where you get your information but he drives a 240sx right now... :lol mcw323is 07-05-2007, 11:25 AM I feel like this is only the beginning of the Black Altima chase story living forever. mjOlson 07-05-2007, 11:34 AM I can tell you one thing not un-original about Function Tuned is Dave (owner) and Juan's capability with the Dyno. Those guys have already proven themselves to us with some magic on more than one of our customer's engine mappings. Good stuff. Draven 07-05-2007, 04:17 PM Dave the owner is a good friend and he does amazing work.. Plus I dont think anyone in the area has a bmw cable of keeping close to some of those Z's he built and u make fun of.. Dont get me wrong, I dont like the Zs that much. But the man can tune.. So talk sh*t all you want, just look at RRT has begun to bring all there cars for tunning and he is pulling great numbers of them.. He is just starting out, but just wait til you see what happens in the near future. inLine6 07-05-2007, 05:56 PM :lol Is this because he doesnt drive a BMW?????? Yeah, I figured it was some MAR inside joke that I missed, too many of those around here... joenationwide 07-06-2007, 10:32 AM No worries. I have nothing negative to say about the shop, I was just wondering where the name came from... |
