my name is nigel larson. i currently own a 2005 vauxhall monaro, but i plan on soon buying a new m3. i don't know much about bimmers, but i've been lurking for a few days and figured this would be a great place to start!

Welcome mate, enjoy your stay here, there's a wealth of information around here! When you say "new M3", are you referring to the e46 or the e92?

Welcome - I love those Monaro's but i think the M3 would be a nicer car to drive on the whole i think (not having yet driven one unfortunatly!)
