I'm looking to pull the trigger on an e46 M3 and I found what looks to be a great one at BMW of Ann Arbor. As I'm halfway across the country in Arizona, and a golf professional heading into the busy season so I don't have a lot of spare time to fly around checking on cars. I'm curious if there's anyone around here that's dealt with them before? Anything good or bad to say about them? I'm going to place a call tomorrow morning to get more info on the car, just curious if there a bunch of crooks or if there worth making a trip for.

Hello, First before i tell you about BMW of Ann Arbor, Welcome to Michigan HEHEHE. Well if this BMW of Ann Arbor is on Jackson Rd. Close to I.94 then you in good position, I used to live by Canton which like 35 mins drive from there, plus that where most of my family buy the Bimmers there also in Farmington. Especially my car was from there, Their services was good if i was to rated them from scale 1 to 10 i would go 9, the people there are nice (even tho they too nice because they want me to buy car from them again hehehe.) When I took my car for service, they even loan me a newer car just so i can go home or whatever and then they call me when the bimmer ready to be pick up. That what i like about that place. My opinion i think it's worth the trip, i have no complain about them at all. So here you go you got my feedback about them.. hope this help.

I have only gone to them for service. My vote is not very good. What has happened is that alot of BMW dealerships seem to have changed ownership hands lately around here. This causes for some problems, mostly relating to service and knowing who their long term customers are. I wouldn't call them crooks, I just think that they are just getting into the "premium service" type of cars and they were a bit sloppy knowing what to do. However, your talking about the sales end. So I wouldn't really be able to comment. GL either way.
