So I got a free! 88 528 e stick! pretty rustless and clean only 70k
reason it was free!!!

factory water pump was shot and need a timing belt!
so i did those 2 and all new brake calipers pretty easy stuff!

but now the problems i have!

1. rear windows!
2. blower/ heater fuse blows!~
3.sun roof won;t move back!
and yes i did read the FAQ


1. rear windows, so i think the one side switch is dead is does not light up and nothing moves but the pass side does move a little then seem to bind or the movement get stuck and i hear the motor run for a little bit!
any help there?

2. the blower/ heater system only work when the a/c / defrost botton is on once you turn it off the fuse blows!

3 sun roof moves up and down but won;t slide back!

besides that the car seem great!

oh its idles a little high and i did bleed the coolant after i did the water pump but still sits around 1000 rpms to 1200 rpms

what is the build date on your car?
if you are having that issue with your blower, chances are you have a short and need to replace the AC switch, the one with the snowflake button.

5/87 and it does have the snow flake on it
