HELP! This is not a big deal, but is super annoying! The seal/frame around the two front door speakers cracked off yesterday (after gradual wear) & both speakers are about ready to sluff back into my door frame. Do I have to buy brand new speakers (complete), or is there a replacement part for this? Could I install this myself? Anyone?

If it's a structural part of the speaker itself, maybe an epoxy can be used to repair/reunite the pieces. If there is damage to the surround (foam, whatever) of the speaker, it can be repaired by the right/knowledgeable person - otherwise start shopping!
Are these mounted in the front door panels? Speaker brand/model?

My bet is that they are mounted in an E36.

;-)

Cheers,

Ray
