BMWCCA tags.. parked in front of powerplant live.. i was riding my bike past there the other night and almost drooled on your car.

I have alot of pics of that car. I see it everyday at summerclasses at towson, Im pretty sure its his daily driver. TMS Wheels, exhaust....its uber hot.

See him all the time too in Towson/Downtown. I think he belongs to the MAC but im not sure if it's the same guy. With only 127 around it probably is.

What time are your summer classes? Im in that building behind Batemans from 930-12 for calc. Worst decision ive made in a long time. If you see a camoflauge bronco or a red e30 that's me.

I've seen that LTW both at the MAC on my way home from work and in the parking lot behind the Crease a couple times I was out in towson. Pretty amazing car.

I've seen the same car and waved to the guy, but he just turns his head. Wouldn't you think someone in a LTW would recognize a car with a lot of work done to it buy an enthusiast? :dunno

besides, anyone can get LTW wheels, its not like thats the determining factor. I even had LTWs on my ti before chapel rd. ate it.

Yeh its a lightweight, I have talked to the guy, he goes to towson. I dont think he really cares its a super rare car and just enjoys driving it. It also had a helmet in the backseat so i guess he tracks it. And it is 100% a real lightweight. Cloth Int. and everything. Saw it today actually. Ill see if I can run into the guy next class I have.

No, he doesn't want to join BMW Club Save Our Ship. Now I know why everybody had such a dislike of ECE....because it was "marketed" just like your club is, constantly, in every thread you post in, via PM, AIM, etc. It gets old.

Hey guys I actually got a chance to talk to the owner of the lightweight. He was a real nice guy actually...He said he got it with 17000 miles on it and has put 40000 on it so it has about 60. He also told me that he takes it to Watkins and Summit Point all the time and that accounts for about all the mileage. I dont think he knows what bimmerforums is because he asked if I was in any clubs and then told me he was in BMWCCA, some Genesee car club and a few others. Complimented my car too and said that I need to get it on the track. All in all a pleasant encounter, though he was running late so I didnt try and talk long. Ill upload pics later

The one I was referring to, older guy, allways gave us a hard time when I was at Towson. He came in and the attitude was allways the same. "Hi, I have a RARE, 95 M3 Lightweight. I'm SURE you don't know what that is, but it's a very RARE car :rolleyes"
To which my responce was, "that's funny, I was at an autocross in Rosecroft and there were TWO there (Rich Bebe was then owner and Sunir's)
The other LTW owner, younger guy, was cool but if I remember correctly, he installed a supercharger on his.
