Does anyone know how to reset the EWS system on a 2000 E38? We live 150 miles from the nearest dealer. We crossed the red and black wire on the EWS relay and the car will start and drive but we have no functions on the monitor. We tried the 10 minute timeout and ours stopped at 9 minutes and 59 seconds.
