i have a magna flow as well, single-in-dual-out so its pretty loud (straight tips, not dtm). its sitting in my garage collecting dust. Obviously your Dinan is worth more, and also i'm satisfied with my quiet m3 exhaust..so you can take it for $100 without giving up your Dinan hahahha. Nothing wrong, no damages, just not for me.

1. My neighbors say they can hear me coming home from blocks away
2. I drive an automatic (FTL) so having a loud exhaust doesn't sound very nice when it shifts gears
3. The pennies in my cupholder rattle when i drive bc of it.

hmm i'll really think about picking this up if i dont get a trade. so would this be equivalent you would say to the titanium Gruppe M exhaust for the e46 M3? that one is race car loud

to get that sorta sound out of a e36 (the e46 m3's raspy yet clean grumble), i think you might as well get a track pipe. That would sound pretty insane. I honestly can't remember what i can compare the magna flow's sound to bc its been a good 6 months, but it was loud enough for me to get annoyed and take it off (Its my daily driver to school). So if you'd like, you can test it on your car, and if you don't like it, i'll gladly take it back. I have no use for it so time isn't a factor.

theyre LM replicas. centers are now painted gold with polished lip.

328 is dual in dual out as well. The single in dual out just makes it louder from my understanding, not sure performance wise what it may do.

From what I've read off the boards, yes it's louder than the Dinan. [i've been looking for something quieter actually]
