At 76k the valve retainer broke and the engine was not repairable. A new engine was built by Bavarian Auto Recycling. It is their performance package engine with higher compression teflon coated pistons, and ported and polished heads. The rest of the car in great shape for a 12 year old car. The paint has some stone chips on the front bumper, and the rest of the outside is an 8.5 out of 10. The interior is in very good shape aside from the driver side seat bolster being a little matted down, I would say a 9 out of 10. I am looking for $14,500 for the car. I am not able to post pics on bimmerforums yet, but I can email pics upon request. The car is also list on the Boston area craigslist.
