Hi folks,
I bought 530 2002 recently. I have a good fun with the car but.... Car is equiped with 16:9 boardmonitor but had no cd changer so I bought one. Now I am having a big trouble to connect it. I've just bought two cables at bmw dealer - one is for power supply for changer that needs to be connected to X322. The second one should go to the radio and on this end, calbe is ended only with three wires - pins those should go to the small terminal, terminal goes to the small socket and then to radio. These three wires are: blue, brown and red. Terminal is 12 pin (2rows x 6) and I have no idea to what pins those wires go to. Then I also noticed that I have already socket plugged in the radio, with three wires those lead somewhere (to the isolated wiring harness).... Guys, don't you have idea whether this socket is also used by something else except of cd changer (has 12pins and changer needs only 3 -That's why I am understanding that socked with cable was delivered disassembled) and what pins should three wires occupy in the terminal on the side of radio??? Thanks a lot for any help and sorry for my english.... still learning.

You'll need the necessary connectors:

CD Changer/Sirius Analog Cable for NAV vehicles

And also the 3-pin connector. This willo go to +12V, ground and ibus.

This is the same connector cable I allready have. But shorter one - , because it goes from changer to radio that is just nearby in the boot.
Cable ends with three wires and that's what i do not know is which pins exactly three wires need to be connected in to the socket that goes to the radio (12PIN small white socket supplied with cable).

(BTW, next cable for power supply as you mentioned I also have, it goes to ground and to socket X322 pin1 AND pin4 (+12, ibus).

So anybody knows???, help me guys.
