View Full Version : Might be a new parts car..

I found this car on craigslist last night, its a total rust bucket, but has alot of euro parts and a m20 swap. He didnt say price, what do you think I should pay for it? Sorry for the big pics.

Car actually looks like it my be a Grey Market Car. Looks to me to be a 320/6 which would be basically a 320 with a 2.0L M20 and a solex Carb. Car will have the "euro" bumpers but won't have the rear disks that a 323i would have.

Motor really isn't worth anything if it's 2.0L and I wouldn't swap a M10 for a 2.0L M20. Basically you would be buying the car for the bumpers/crossmember/and rims from what I can see. Just my 2 cents.

How much you would pay, want to give him a good offer, and get what I want sell the rest.

I wouldn't pay more then $400 or $500 for it. The body looks gone so like you said, it's basically a parts car. Let me know if you get it, I'm looking for side window moldings for windows that don't pop out (which this car seems to have).

It has a 140 speedo and gas gauge in liters and euro bumpers those are the cool bits I see in the pics
