Friends I have to get at the battery of my 93 525i; I know it's under the back seat but I can't figure out how to get it out!
Can anybody help?
Thanks. Car is completely dead without a boost. Happened suddenly today.

Grab the front of the rear seat pan and give it a hard sharp jerk straight up. Sometimes it works better to do this on one side of the seat and then on the other side.
