Saw 2 bimmers sitting of the side of the I5 southbound (black 330? and burgundy 3-series vert) just north of 405 (WA). The vert was left of the HOV lane while the 330? was on the shoulder. The only thing I can think of is the guys were having a little fun and the wonderful troopers took exception... It was about 830 pm.

If they did they may be in the slammer so they aren't gonna post about it anytime soon. Hope not though. that's a bummer.
