I bought a K&N induction kit (57-0393). Unfortunately my car has a secondary air pump which plugs into my factory fitted filter box. If I was to remove this and install the K&N, then I would have nowhere to plug the secondary air pump in. I was wondering if it was safe to disconnect this or shoud I just try and get my 85 quid back from the shop I got it from? My car is a 316i sport compact on a 2000 plate with a 1.9 engine ( I think they changed around 1997/98 from a 1.6 engine). Any advice would be helpful as the shop I got it from certainly weren't.
