Really. :confused Elaborate

It's hard to match the suspense in that film. It has the "true suspense" that dates back from the Hitchcock films. I have only seen one film that is close to the suspense but still doesn't touch and that would be Carlito's Way with Pacino.

Apocalypto is filled with suspense from literally the beginning of the movie till the end. It keeps you grabbed by the horns and into the film for every minute. I loved every minute and haven't seen many films that are the caliber of story telling in Apocalypto.

Very interesting! A lot of stuff I've seen written about that movie more or less says, "Look get over Gibson's drunken rant, it's a good movie on its own merits," so I picked it up the other day, but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.

Good to hear another positive "review." I'm looking forward to seeing it. :)

I promise you'll enjoy the film, this film actually keeps you glued to the TV screen unlike other reviews I have read.
