just put the car together and i filled it up with oil when i put in 7 quarts it showed min i put in another quart and it was in the middle is that normal

also the car for some reason dies i have to jump start it and now it doesnt even want to start after i charge it it cranks but it seems as if the alternator is dead

No thats not normal. But this is also the wrong forum. My car takes just over 7qt's to be happy. Then it started taking 8.5+qt's, and I discovered somehow the oil dip stick had come out of the pan a half inch or so.

The alternator has nothing to with a car running. If the car starts once it has a charged battery, then dies later, it COULD be an alternator problem. Check another forum.

so i shud just try to push it in btw where can i get cheap intercooler piping?
