$250 to mount each rim? I'm sure that includes the price of the tires, right?

Their prices are still lingering in the 70s, it's great.

thats what i thought...but he said no tires would cost more
tabasco 06-14-2007, 07:01 AM So...wait...you have the rims. You do not have the tires? You want to purchase tires and have them mounted to your rims?
There is NO way that they would charge you $1000 in labor just to mount tires that you are purchasing from them. I think you have something confused...or you are not telling us the whole story.
BimmerDawg 06-14-2007, 07:39 AM Something's fishy...$1,000 to mount your tires that you don't have yet? :confused
Call me...Bf.c guys get a huge discount at Butler Tire in Alpharetta. 678.893.0502.

If I can cram them into my car, I will drop them off tomorrow and come back later to have you put them on the car. Will that work? (No go on Saturday).

Works for me!
slog7 06-14-2007, 01:54 PM Sorry guys i got a LITTLE confused in the price...butler just emailed me back and said its 200 dollars to mount each rim and 60 bucks for a new tire....
But still 200 dollars is too much just to mount a rim
ShaunATL 06-14-2007, 01:56 PM $60 for a new 19" (if they're the same size as the real CSLs) tire seems pretty cheap to me. Sounds like your prices are backwards....

Which Butler Tire are you talking to? Why aren't you dealing directly with Geordie? He has already offered to help and he does give damn good discounts to Bf.C GA peeps. I guess you just don't want help.

That still makes no sense at all. :confused
You know that the tires are the black rubber things and the wheels are the metal things that the tires get attached to, right?

bcart1991 06-14-2007, 02:31 PM Wow, my guy out here charges $12 to mount & balance a 17" tire.
kaamacat 06-14-2007, 02:51 PM Took the Pantera wheels to Butler (Alpharetta) last year, (f) 17x11's and (r) 17x13's were $240 for Mounting and Roadforce balance..... that was me bringing in the wheels and tires. (Also says ride quality not guaranteed because tires/wheels not purchased there).
I will say the results were very good and for me especially the wheels hadnot a scratch on them, and the balancing seems to be very good so far. (which was important, because they took 7months to get from Coddington)

Really? :confused They charged me $750 a tire for mounting.
:(
kaamacat 06-14-2007, 08:03 PM I'd have to add that first impressions mean alot to me when I take a car anywhere, especially since I do 99% of the stuff myself.....I know my wheels were probably a MAJOR pia to work with, but again, in-the-end, real nice place, great results. (I'd go back......... which says it all)
