First off, thanks for your previous answers to my questions.

I'm looking a new rims right now... thought maybe you could help in terms of fitment. The rims I'm looking at are:

18x8 fronts (38mm offset) with 225/40/18
18x9 rears (38mm offset) with 235/40/18

or

19x8.5 all around (38mm offset) with 235/35/19

Will I encounter any fitment problems in either of the 2 set ups on my 1999 E36 318is (also note Bilstein PSS Coilovers are going in as well)?
