What are the diffuser choices for E30s, if any?

Custom.

Grab some ABS sheets and make some, its pretty easy.

ABS Plastic.

You can also use alumalite, or other honeycomb panels.

Just be careful around the muffler, use some heatshielding and foil tape/protection because it gets hot!
