That's not a PCA rule, that's a Barber rule. That car is so heavy it may plow grooves in the asphalt:eyecrazy

Congrats on the GRM thing. I'm curious to see the competition...there is bound to be some really interesting stuff out there. If I read right it's basically a whatever goes type event as far as car type/modifications go.

Yes, but the cars are broken up into 4 groups based on engine and who built the car. So, all 4 cylinder or less NA cars are in Junior Varsity, all rotary and > 4 cylinders are Varsity. Then there's Independent Study (built at home by a non-pro) and Shop. 40 cars will run in the event.
