the fuse looked fine but i replaced it under the hood. But the windows and sunroof wont open. Any ideas?

Check the relay and jump pins 30 and 87 this should make the windows work, but based on experience from an old beater 5 I had that did not work.

how exactly do you jump pins? wouldnt you need extra wiring to use as a medium so you can touch the wires when the relay is plugged in?

Small piece of wire that you have lying around, or maybe even a paper clip should do the trick.

but like what exactly do you touch? do you pull the relay a little up and then touch the pins?

I might have this wrong since it's been a while since I did it, but the relays should have markings on top that denote the numbers of the terminals. Pull out the relay. Simply put a small piece of wire from one terminal to the other, then see if the windows work. If they do, then you know the relay is bad.

Try pushing the window breaker switch, on the dash to the right of the steering wheel on the lower dash trim
