Well this happened to my car the other night:
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=767044
I need to have the roof, hood and both bumpers painted. I had my last car painted at a local body shop and the color was off (the car was schwarz II :rolleyes) and I also spent more time wetsanding it than I felt I should have considering the money I payed. Anyone around here have any connections? I'm not looking for anyone to lose any money, I'm willing to pay a fair amount for quality work. PM me or call me @ 404-625-4647
Thanks,
Jonathan

I have some friends that own Sentry Autobody in Lilburn. It looks like a junk yard but they will do whatever quality you want to pay for. They do alot of 10 footer race cars as well as the finish work for $$$ restorations. Love to talk cars and racing too! They are heavily involved in the SCCA spec miata series.
Dont have there number handy.

Also there is a really good guy named Mark that works at Hot wheels (I think) in Marrietta. Hes an airline pilot and paints on the side because he enjoys it.

I'll vouch for Hot Wheels they do a good job, but make sure that you have double the time they ask to be without a car.

Your right Masrk may just turn wrenches and do some of the body work. He used to mostly work on his own Porches but I thought he was doing customer cars as well now?
