I have a set of 14" BBS rims up for grabs. I had these on my '85 524td, but when I sold the car the owner wanted the original TRX rims/tires... believe it or not.

I had brand new Kumho Powerstars installed right before I sold the car... they have less than 500 miles on them. The selling price is less than the tires ran me.

I am missing one of the 4 center pieces (Roundel). I got the rims with 2/4, and found one on eBay, so now we have 3/4. I sold the car before I found a fourth.

So, $250 OBO. I have pictures available. E-Mail me at joshonlaptop @ gmail . com

Thanks!

I am actually considering selling the E12, since it is a work in progress. I cannot post pics, but I would be glad to chat with you via email and send you pics that way. Just shoot me an email to the above address (from the original post).

BTW, I recognize your E12 from your "WTB E12 Parts Link"

Did you happen to buy it from a dude named Bryan??

I did buy it from him back in Feb. It runs pretty good, I got a ton of parts with it also. I need to get a new head gasket for it though. The only real problem besides the small coolant leak from the lower radiator hose.

I got his other E12, which is how I got the M535i drivetrain.

His parents practically begged me to buy that car, lol. They wanted it out of their driveway. I drove it home, very smooth idle and ride home. I was very pleased with it. I got another head for it and just need all the gaskets that go along with the job.

I almost bought them both at the same time. The other car was a euro E12 that had a complete M535i setup. I did a little research, and it may have been one of the pre-production M cars before they actually started on the M535i. It was a sweet car, but he was having transmission problems so hadn't been driving it. I picked it up cheap, and it turned out the pilot bearing was all messed up. I was able to drive it, and it blows the doors off my Euro 535i (E28).

Anyhow, I transferred the drivetrain to my '77 5er. I have never finished the project... waiting on someone with some good Motronic expertise.

I'll be glad to email you some pictures and info on both cars. Let me know when you're ready to do the HG on the E12, I'll give ya a hand.

Sweet. I'll let you know. I'm more of an E34 person and I'm still learning the ins/outs of the E12. Even though it is an older car :) I'm going to be towing it to my shop in Buford sometime because I have more tools there and more room.

Thanks

Justin
