"She" said it would be completed on Saturday the 9th and it was - which is weird because I assumed if it wasnt ready friday (which it wasnt) then it wouldnt get completed till Monday but I guess they run that factory on Saturdays as well. Anyone care to guess how long from this point to getting dropped off in New Jersey ?? It needs to get on a train to Bremerhaven (I guess) and then get on the ship with a few stops along the way in the UK and Canada.

Ok this helps my sanity because the hard part is done now it just needs to get delivered.... I still havent seen one 335I Coupe yet, the only one I have seen was a 328I....this is gona rock (and I dont CARE if its orange peel'in or not!!)

Dont worry about the orange peel bud. I just inspected my car today at the dealer before the paint protection went on and didnt notice peel anywhere (sapphire) .... the paint looked flawless from every angle.

Orange peel is real, but from behind the wheel --- it's engineering!

Congrats, I'm waiting for mine to go into production next week still with "no confirmed production date." Then have to wait at the docks, travel over the ocean, clear the VPC, get delivered to the dealer, and finally I get her.
