Thanks doobie 06-06-2007, 11:16 AM i cant post links yet, but just go to pentagoncarsales . com and check out the bmw military sales faq. if you have more questions after that reply in the thread and ill try to help. 335i Piotr 06-06-2007, 10:06 PM If you are stationed overseas or perform TDY for at least 90 days ( I think) than you can purchase BMW through Military sales. There is significant discount. I knew a guy that purchased a 2003 M3 with 19s and 6spd and paid only 39K over there. One thing to keep in mind, when bringing the car back to states you will have to pay state taxes for whichever state you take the car to. Bandit6 06-07-2007, 03:02 PM Download or pick up a copy of Stars & Stripes and browse the ads. You have many options. I bought mine through a local BMW dealer here in Germany. He sells BMWs to the military through the old Canadian PX system. You can ever order one through agents in the Gulf while you are downrange. You definitely need to research your tax obligations to register it in the States. In my case, Georgia will not tax my car when I register it there next month because it will be used upon import.
