I'm looking at buying an 01 740i sport, and I can't put my hands on an option code list. Can anyone give me a link? TIA.

There wasnt that many things optional...if you look at the lower ctr dash (below the HVAC unit)...you will see a row of buttons like seat heaters/DSC/PDC/SunShade etc...that basically reveals what options the car has. If you have buttons all the way across that panel...it's pretty much loaded.

The Sport Pkg was an option...and the Ride & Handling Pkg was another...but you could not have both. Here's some info about all of the 2001 e38 models: http://www.bmwworld.com/models/years/2001/7er.htm

What's the last 7 of the VIN? DCS will list all options.
