Rough condition armrest out of my 325i, leather is in ok condition.. No rips or tears but leatherique works wonders with this type of wear. The base of the armrest (plastic tray underneath leather portion) has had several holes drilled in it by the previous owner. These would all be covered by a cupholder/change holder assembly like I have now in my car. Pics will explain better than text when they are up..

Entire armrest assembly is included disassembled with all necessary hardware.

If someone is looking for a project, or would like to recover the entire armrest... this is for you... plus it's cheap.

Btw, the cupholder and change holder are [B]not[B] included, I placed it into the tray to show how it covers all three of the holes shown in the pics above.

Also the ash trays are only semi functional.... You kind of have to toy with them to get them to stay closed...
