If I swap manual seats from a coupe will the roof still close as I have electric seats and are they not integrated with the roof.

The seats have nothing to do with the top operation.

You will have no problems.

While we're on the topic I might as well share a funny story where the electric seats did affect something.

At our local import shop an 8-series BMW was brought in (the V12) that had been broken in to. All the seats were stolen and wires were just cut when removing the seats. When repairing the car some dummies used dozens of butt connectors and a lot of wire splicing to put everything back together with the new seats.

Now, crazy things happen. Including: whenever the owner of the car goes to adjust the back of his seat the whole car turns off! :eek:
