is it possible to change the registraton plate without having to go through the same procedure as when you sell a car? if so. how would i go about it?:cool

I hear if you get it done in KZN then you only pay once to buy your plates.
but if you do it in jozie then you need to pay an annual fee.
Either way you get to keep your plates when yousell the car again.
My plates say DRY 686 GP.
everybody thinks its a custom..
