i was thinkin about bringin a e46 m3 to canada from the states, are there any changes that will have to be done on the car to make it road worthy. ex lights?

The only thing I can come up with are DRLs, which can be activated at a dealer

There is also the km to miles conversion of the display, which is a big pain.
Not very sure what it takes on e46 but was a pain for e36.
