You obviously really like the bike and are proud of it. that is reflected in teh price. I'm sure it's a nice bike.
However, the cold hard facts are- People will not shell out top dollar for a salvage title bike, no matter if the pope himself stole it to ride around the church parking lot.
-19k miles is perceveed as high mileage fro a bike (I personally don't care, my R1 has 40k miles on it and runs like a raped ape)
-$4200 is a good price for a clean title 15k mile bike $2800 is a good price for a salvage title bike with 19k miles.

Since you like teh bike so much, just keep it and enjoy it. If someone else buys it from you for $4k and wrecks it on the way home, they will get half that back from insurance company.
