When I am shifting from 1st into second and sometimes 2nd into 3rd, I hear a "clunk". I typically shift at 2500k to 4000k rpm, IDK maybe I am shifting too low, or I need a new clutch.
I have a 2002 325 with 89K.

any ideas?

Hi! I just bought a 2002 330ci with 81k on it. And when I started driving from a stop, I also had a clunking sound/feeling. It turns out to be a front control arm? I'm having the dealership that sold the car to me have it fixed tommorow.
