I often find myself thinking "why do so many people lack the communication skills to carry a conversation with others without it leading to confrontation?"
There are a few people on here that seem to thrive on drama, and while most of us try as hard as we can to ignore it, it seems to always find a way to get under our skin. The texas area of this forum used to be all fun and games till about a year ago when it took a turn for the bad. Why is it so hard to see the cancer plague? I mean I can name 2 or 3 people that could get the perma-ban and instantly clear up 99% of the bullshit in this section of the forum.
Do I just posses some type of "gift of enlightnment" or does everyone see the same thing?
Oh well back into the backyard. I have more work to do before the weather gets 105 outside.

I've been pondering the same question as well.
But drama isn't a new trend in TX. If you go back to 02 and early 03 on this sub-forum, there was just as much, if not more, drama as it is now.

Where is the "ban asshole responses with no information in their posts" option?
Most of you guys will pick at the rest of the guys on the sub-forum, but will provide at least some snippet of information, but too many useless bashing posts.

suprisingly enough, it's kind of spring-like here. First time in a long time I remember a trasition from winter to summer that lasted more than a week.
But I know its coming. I don't want to be laying down brick pavers in 100+ temps, so I'm trying to pace myself into putting down 20 16x16 pavers per day till it gets done. Just sucks to have to level the ground, pack it, put the pavers down. I am going to end up with 400+ of these damn 16"x16" pavers by the time its done. Sucks that the weight 20 lbs each. I'm too old/lazy for this type of work, but I'm too cheap to pay to have it done.
Damn... sounds like a lot of $$$ spent on pavers. Those things are cheap until you start buying enough to cover a few hundred square feet.

Funny you mention that, on the DART job I'm currently on we switched from pavers to stained concrete to reduce cost.:D
The drama makes me chuckle while I'm at work, so let it roll for all I care.

I thought about it, but didn't want anyone to feel like their vote would be held against them.
