How much would it cost, if possible, to change a manual transmission to an SMG?

I was qouted (from a dealership) that the cost to replace my broken SMG tranny would be $6600. That would not be inclusive of the other things you would need (SMG computer, wiring, etc). I'd seriously estimate it it be around 10k if not more.

yeah, if you want SMG, sell your car and buy one.

I dislocated my shoulder last night and I sure am glad I bought an SMG car. One arm FTL.
