For your thrust arm bushings, sway bar bushings etc, what do you use for a lube?

I'm using Mobil One Synthetic Grease, is the good stuff? Here:

Or is Valvoline Synthetic better as it's moly fortified:

I have talked to Rob at Bimmer World...
He says he has a special grease for them...
