I'll buy it from whomever. PM me with a time and a place.

Matt: I do have a lunch break but the car should be in AutoFab's shop getting a trans put in. Second gear synchros are pretty much gone on the one I have. Yes, I could have done it myself, but they have been generous so I figured I'd support em and save myself a weekend under the car. I'm considering actually doing what I'm supposed to and working on the Wreck Racing BMW...so maybe I'll be up by Tech this weekend. I'll call you if I am.

Are you talking about the actual shifter, or the shift selector rod? I have 2 M3 ones up in Athens just sitting in my garage. You can have one if you want.

Thanks. I'm considering it but Athens is like three hours of driving (round trip) and $20 worth of gas.

...assuming its the right part.

I'm sure Rob wouldn't mind meeting you halfway or something... he was at AutoFab last week... Like I said, I'm sure he wouldn't mind meeting you halfway for some extra cash and a fellow BMWer

Yup, I have two of those #5. You can have one, and I will bring both with me for visual inspection if you like. We can meet half way or something. I will be up in Athens this week and I will just toss them in my car. If Friday is good for you, then it works for me as well. PM me if you have any ideas for a meetup.

Robstah is the man. Not only did he give me one of his shift levers for free, but he drove to where I worked to drop it off. I didn't even have to lift a finger. Made my day.

And Arik, you can thank him for getting my old shift lever for 2/3 of zero.

Thanks again Rob.
